We were welcomed by receptionist called Lang. He was the most helpful and welcoming person in our 6 weeks in Thailand! We immediately felt we had a person we could ask for any concern. He would be amazing in a management position as he understands customer service!! Pool area - the umbrellas could be replaced as did not work properly and only shade in the area! Drinks at pool were reasonably priced. Pool water was a little too much on the cool side - could be a few degrees warmer. The lobby had an odd smell (musty) but the room itself was fine and very quiet with great bed. Breakfast area was crazy Tues-Sat as it serves those attending the conference center next door. Little things could really improve the breakfast (juice was warm as not served in machine or on ice, no coffee machine so coffee in pots get burned taste quite soon, most food was luke-warm not hot). Put Lang in charge and he would likely fix so many of those things ;)
Definitely would consider staying again but would have breakfast elsewhere unless changes made.
