The location of the property is great. The Beatrix restaurant located in lobby is delicious & great service. The rooms are clean, quiet, well played out. Definitely a 5 star in my book.

Very loud during the night ( we were on 2nd floor). Hard to sleep. Nice room, but hard to block out street noise and air conditioning.

Got an email stating they were oversold for the night and it was our responsibility to call them to confirm our stay. Hotel room didn’t have a working fridge. Sound proofing poor with outside sirens and car noises coming though. Neighbors partied till 5am with loud chatting and barking dogs.

I loved the staff! At check in and check out, they were really helpful. It’s super convenient and quick walk from CVS, Magnificent Mile and lots of restaurants. It’s also a 10 minute walk from the blue line which takes you right to the airport
