The hotel has a young vibe - funky lobby with pool table & nice-looking bar. The tv in the room didn’t have many channels. It was clean and comfortable.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, had popcorn from previous guests on the floor. No bath mat to use after shower so had to use a towel. Asked front desk for extra towels and did not receive them. Staff was very friendly and took extra effort to greet and talk to guests. Valet parking was worth it - the guys were super efficient and very kind!

Our shower drain was blocked. Had to call reception for it to be resolved, which then left the shower dirty. On our first night the room next door were partying past 10pm and we called reception asking to be moved which they say was not possible. They sent security to the room and thankfully the party stopped.

I liked the hotel overall. Great for walking around Chicago. Clean rooms. Only thing would change is the overkill smell of disinfecting in the lobby area. It was way too strong and seems like a health hazard for the Employees.

Good for a quick overnight, not more
Good property for overnight before a Chicago event, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. No closet, just a short pole above the side table. The shower pole and shower head is so high up on the wall that adjusting the flow or direction is impossible without standing on a chair. No onsite parking. Parking garage about a block away, fine in the summer but not if it's raining or snowing. Walking distance to Navy Pier, lots of food options.

I've stayed at this property multiple times. It keeps getting better. Big thanks to the security and front desk teams for what they do and helping me in a situation. The bar staff is friendly, and the drinks are very reasonably priced for the vibe. It gets wild on weekends, and if that's your vibe---this is your place. Great hotel!

Hotels.com never told me i could purchase a voucher for the breakfast. So we had to pay full price. Also, i thought the description said there was a restaurant, which there wasnt. Over all we made it work. Nice place though .

The staff member that checked us in (young taller Hispanic male) was very friendly. After that everyone else at the front desk was very short tempered, and made us feel like we were bothering them. The room was clean and had a good amount of space, but the A/C system would not cool the room. After hours of walking around outside it was impossible to cool off when the A/C did not work. The hotel is in a great location, and everything is within walking distance.

Nice hotel overall in a great area, lots of good dining and close to the river and parks. Staff was helpful and friendly. In the room, though, the sliding bathroom door was very noisy and the towel rack was bent down along with some smaller maintenance issues.
