Hotel was nice and comfortable. Women at the “welcome “ desk were not very welcoming. Also be aware it’s very close to an ambulance dispatch. Sirens going off all night long.

A very pleasant surprise. Booked this last minute. Typically stay at the fairmont or swissotel, rooms are large. Gym is acceptable and location is fantastic. Well positioned with easy access to mag mile, navy pier, grant park. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Can’t beat the location close to shopping and amazing dining options. Property was clean and everyone was very friendly. Parking was super easy too.

The room was clean but otherwise less than we expected. The appearance was more of a dorm room or a barracks than a hotel room. The door handle was extremely difficult to work, believe it or not, making exiting from the room a problem. If there had been a fire, we would have been in jeopardy.

The pool and lobby are fantastic. It was in a great location to get where we wanted to go. The area felt very safe traveling with 2 small children. The staff was friendly. The room could have been a little cleaner. Some of the furniture was worn out. When the cleaning service came she did the bare minimum during our stay. However, I would definitely stay again. Great for the price!
