Became part of our Chicago memories.
Amazing location. High use of electronics which my non techy husband and I had a blast using. It was all very clear and worked flawlessly. The decor is a bit Goth which is not my taste but I have never spent so much time exploring a hotels decor before. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. The view was limited but dramatic. We chose to sleep with the shade up because it was so interesting. A hotel is usually a place I just want to sleep in but this hotel became a part of special experiences we had in Chicago.

I LOVED staying here! I was so surprised when i walked into my room. It was so unique and the vibe of the hotel lowkey made me feel like i was in a unique little world. I would love to see more of theese types of hotels around airports and touristy areas!

CitizenM hotel was perfect for us. It's in a great location, walkable to many key spots in Chicago. The hotel itself is clean and inviting. The rooms are modernized with easy-use tech for lighting, blinds, etc.

The room was smaller but the amenities were top notch.. iPad that controls everything…beautiful view.. all super big pros.. only negative I’ll say was the bartender was not very personable…somewhere between meh and down right rude..I guess it depends on what you find acceptable…but would still recommend the property to anyone looking and would choose this brand again for other trips for myself…
