I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any request, making my stay seamless. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat especially after a busy day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

The hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the blue & red line and 3 blocks from the green line. The rooms tend to be on the small size. However, the staff is great. The is a restaurant that connects to the hotel for breakfast and other meals.

Affordable but terrible
My husband and I came for one night. It’s a good location and price is good. We got a standard room with a King bed. The room is spacious. However, it was freezing. The heat was not on in late December. We had to put the heat up 3-4 times over night because the room was so cold and heat was struggling. The toilet had poop stains in it prior to us using it. The king bed was not a king bed. It’s two twin beds pushed together. If you plan on sleeping in the middle of the bed you’ll be on the crack between two mattresses. Rooms are very close to each other and anyone coming in and out of their room will easily wake you up. Walls are very thin. Ultimately wouldn’t stay here again.

I will not be staying here again. Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival and I put in several requests for items that were not honored. The front desk representatives were little help as well.
