The staff are mostly speaking Spanish which i dont mind but they speak about u in Spanish makes u uncomfortable, they are very slow the one of elevator didn’t work room is super small the valet is super slow u can expect to wait 45 mins to get your car

Perfect location and price point
I went to Chicago for a long weekend to visit family. I chose Club Quarters because of the location and price point. I was not disappointed. I thought the lobby was lovely and I liked being able to check-in electronically. My only complaint was the out of order elevator. There was one working lift and the wait could by 10-15 minutes depending on time of day. My favorite thing was the free cold filtered water and water bottles. I would definitely stay here again.

Bus and El train lines nearby connected me to the Field museum, Union Amtrak train station, Second City theater, the Art institute and Museum of Science and Industry. And the nighttime city lights were beautiful. Fantastic location.

Great service and hotel but broken elevator
Good hotel with great service. The broken elevator made it a major inconvenience. Sometimes having to wait 20 plus minutes to get an empty elevator. Missed couple of Uber rides that I had to pay a cancel fee for.

Great location, simple.
Great location right on the river. The room was exactly what we needed, simple, had everything we needed. We had a river view which was nice and the second floor had complimentary tea and coffee.
