Disappointed. Nobody answered the front desk phone or checked messages between 6 am and 10 am, and then I was told no late check oit, too late to ask, no exceptions. Very inconvenient as I had work to get done and was counting on that time. I booked from a 3rd party which didn’t show my reward status and she didn’t ask either. It was just a firm NO. When I checked out another lady who was extremely nice asked about my stay and I said I was disappointed for the reason stated above. Not only did she try to accommodate with setting me up in the lobby, It turns out due to my reward status they should have permitted late check out but the First Lady never asked if I was a reward member. Whatever. I needed to work for my job and literally begged the lady on the phone for late check out. She clearly didn’t care as she didn’t bother to even check if I was eligible, which I was. Even if I am not eligible why be mean? Why not try to accommodate someone who has work commitments like the lady at check out tried to help? Aside from that the hotel was fine. The price was great — about 1/3rd of the next hotel I had booked, so I saved money but sacrificed the quality of service.
