Bathroom floor wasn’t level causing toilet to shift when sitting on seat. There were orange/red stains on sheets from pizza sauce or blood. The air conditioner was leaking water so the carpet was wet which could cause mold. The hallways and ceilings showed they were in the process of repairing leaks. There were two rooms across the hall that were having a party, playing loud music, and smoking all night. I called the front desk at 4:00am because my room smelled like smoke from across the hall. The music and smoke stopped around 4:30.

Found dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain, drain plug laying on floor toilet dirty on bottom, sheets and blankets had stains, carpets haven’t been vacuumed, dusty lamp shades, room door not latching right had to double check door was shut. Dirt was coming out of the iron, almost ruined my shirt. Breakfast was very slim pickings.

This is one of the most inconvenient places I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot due to work so, I have stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel doesn’t offer fresh towels for their guests after 5PM. I called down to get fresh towels for myself after a long day of work and wanting to shower and the front desk receptionist says they don’t offer towels after 5pm because there is no one there to do laundry after that time. So, you’re trying to tell me you have no clean or fresh towels for any of your guests past 5pm? That literally makes no sense to me. So, you have to buy your own towels and basic necessities now when staying at hotels and paying over $200 to stay in these places? This is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Room was okay, but overall very small. The walls in the hallway are pretty damaged and the floors were very dirty. The staff was fairly friendly, but not overly nice or helpful. The price is the only reason I stayed here and I likely won’t again.

As a google reviewer and a News Media Camera person. On arrival Saturday checking in I was met by the Front Desk girl who was abrupt with a bad attitude checking me in a very impolite Uncustomary service oriented staff. When I went up to my floor was confronted by very disgusting odor the full length of the hallway. - Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor with a sign directing motel guests to the 2nd floor for the ice machine there. - Review of the room had stains - black marks on bed spread and pillows slips after a ultraviolet UV light showed bodily stains and marks on pillow slips and bed covers and sheets cover, that the sheets aren’t changed regularly between guests. - filthy dirty marks on lampshades on bedside, desk, lounge area. - Full length mirror near room entrance had greasy smudge marks on the top and bottom of mirror. - Large wear mark on carpet area near lounge. - Large brown stain on bath towel put for new guest. - A/C not working flashing a code. I went down stairs reporting it to the front desk girl. (Note nothing was done to fix this for the duration of my stay there) - fridge in room was heavily iced over. - Carpet in the full length room was filthy and looked like it has never been vacuumed by the looks of it with lint and hair remains on the floor. - Bathroom basin stopper missing. - Bathroom roof loads white corking repairs on bathroom door unpainted and toilet roll holder repaired and left unpainted. Old repairs so much more

1. There was feces in the toilet upon my arrival; 2. There was no hot water at 5am when I attempted to shower; 4. The fuse for the blow dryer blew out; 5. There was a bloodstain on the bed sheet, which I didn't even notice until 3am. 6. The room smelled like an ashtray. I reached out to the manager this morning, and he basically said not his problem, and then did not follow up when I requested a refund.

The front desk staff was friendly & courteous. The room was impressive when you first walk in. I put stuff down and decided to start the shower. As I turned on the shower I saw bugs crawling out of the tub, on the wall. Then saw more bugs along the baseboards, then I looked by the door and more crawlers by the door. I packed my bags, walked to the front desk and checked out. Showed my photos & videos to the front desk staff. I told her I want my money back. She says email the manager and work with them. Never got a refund. I have photos & video to prove it. Never got a response from the manager. I will never stay here again. F- get an exterminator quickly. I’m not bringing bed bugs home with me.

Room was very congested with furniture. Nice to have the fridge and micro along with a great tv and a desk area along with a great mattress. However between the bed and the cabinet that held the fridge and micro was extremely close to the bed. Room was clean. Shower curtain smelled but when we spoke to staff, it was replaced right away.

Hotel does nothing about noise
I was on the first floor, near the front desk & from 8pm to 12am there were kids screaming, running & playing down the halls. The next morning, I asked the manager, who had been there all night, do they just allow that ? She proceeded to say it was only until 11:30pm. No apology or anything.
