The service is amazing. Folks that work there are super nice. Food at the restaurant is also very good. One thing can be improved is the heater. It is fairly noisy.

Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. The parking is very convenient- the ramp is right next to the hotel so no dragging your luggage down the street! Rates are very reasonable as well - both room and parking. Hotel Staff was very friendly. There was one outlet that seemed to be not screwed in to the wall properly, and the knob was broken off of one of the lamps so we couldn’t use that. Aside from those two minor inconveniences, the stay was great and I would definitely stay again.

Great place

Upon arriving I had a few obstacles getting a early check in. However the manager Alan intervened and took care of everything. My room had a great view, it was clean and very well lit.

Normal hotel room size, great breakfast buffet.

Great location in an older but updated hotel. Comfortable as most small hotel rooms. Very clean, very friendly and helpful. Lively lobby. The restaurant/deli has a really great and tasty breakfast buffet that you can order when you reserve your stay. They also have a very reasonably priced happy hour. The restaurant a So has a nice street view of Halsted Street with Greek town to the south a few blocks and the Fulton market area to the north a few blocks.

Finding the location was a bit tricky i circled the block a few times trying to get to the entrance. Finally checked in, easy process, friendly service. Parking available in the garage right across the way seemed fair. The atmosphere was nice, restaurant connected seemed good, the elevator was clean and functional, room was nice and clean, balcony view was okay for a 4th floor room, suggeste getting a higher room if your wanting a view from the balcony. Overall it was good experience.
