The room was great, and the staff was polite.We had a great view from our 11 floor balcony. The toilet stopped flushing and they moved us to another room RIGHT AWAY. Great visit and the restaurant down stairs was a plus because it saved us from going out in the cold for lunch.

Hotel was very convenient for our needs as we had some business in the West Loop. Although we had a lot of traffic noise and yelling from people from the streets our room was comfortable and met our needs. Food from the deli was terrific and one meal could feed two.
