The room was clean, but basic. The restaurant and food was great. The staff were very helpful and most were friendly. The location was excellent, a safe neighborhood with many restaurants and nice stores including Whole Foods in short walking distance. I'd stay here again. Try eating at Meli and Nancy's Pizza.

Price was great. Location is great. I got stuck in the bathroom because the door would not budge. It’s a hinge door that you’re able to lock. I had it unlocked and the door would not budge. I had to wait until my husband was able to come and get me out.

The room was clean, however there was no microwave to warm up our food after we just got off the road and the we didn’t want to spend more money on food and we hadn’t ate what we already had. The following night I got a pop from the pop machine and when I say it was the flattest, oldest pop I’ve ever tasted. Please replace all the pop immediately how long has it been in the machine? Staying in the heart of downtown was different we could hear the people yelling outside as well unless it was someone screaming off their balcony. It was a short distance from where we were going and we were not staying long. Looks like the best thing was the breakfast/diner and we didn’t pay the extra $28 dollars Hotels.com wanted to charge for that. The staff was super friendly and greeted us with ease everytime!
