Need management to step it up
Front desk staff is less than attentive. Needs many updates to the hotel. Only one lady in the food service was amazing. I believe her name was donna. The kids and adults running around with no shoes at breakfast was disgusting. Not one management came to say anything. The girls there were trying their best but the customers were very rude.

The hotel was not clean. Two of the elevators were not working. We had to take the stairs and they were not clean. The carpets were dirty. Finally we could not swim in the pool because it was so dirty.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lombard for 2 nights cause we had extra people they charge us a extra $100,-Our toilet was stopped up and they never cleaned our room when we asked to do so,The cleaning staff put a don't disturb sign on our door,I will not be coming back to embassy suites,We never paid $500 for 2 nights
