One-of-a-kind opportunity to rent a historic Gilded Age Chicago Gold Coast mansion. All modern amenities meet Romanesque Revival style at this huge 6-bedroom Graystone.
You will be steps away from Rush Street restaurants, Division Street nightlife, Oak Street Beach, and Michigan Avenue shopping.
Enjoy central air and heat, 3 fireplaces, a fully stocked kitchen, queen and king size beds, balcony and an attached garage. Pets are welcome at no fee. What else could you possibly need?

**PARKING**
You get one parking space in the attached garage. The height of the garage door is 6', length 19'.
**OTHER AMENITIES**

**WORRY FREE CLEANING PACKAGE**
At check-out you will need to take care of trash overflow, dishes, exuberant messes and any food you brought. The worry-free package covers any and all cleaning. Just walk out in the morning (you do need to move furniture back if you make any changes to the layout). Note that this fee is additional to my regular cleaning fee you pay when you book the place. This package is best for those who want to decorate, cook a lot, are traveling as a group and would rather split the $200 than worry about anything in the morning.
**DECORATING THE HOUSE**
You are welcome to decorate the house. If you attach anything to the walls, please use paint-safe tape and remove it prior to your departure. There is a $200 glitter and confetti fee.
**ACCESSIBILITY**
There are 7 steps to access a first-floor bedroom.
**HOUSE RULES**
Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. The presence of more than 26 guests is unlawful. A guest is anyone at the property, staying the night, or just visiting. Minors need to have a responsible adult present. Primary booker is required to stay on the property and provide an ID. IDs will need to be provided prior to your arrival for everyone spending any time at the property for reservations made less than 30 days in advance. This includes overnight guests or any visitors. There is a counter installed. I utilize a private security firm. If the counter shows more than the registered number of people or if I get a noise complaint from neighbors, security will be immediately dispatched. A $200 dispatch fee will be charged from your security deposit. Should they be unsuccessful in removing you from the premises, they will involve the police. This is not a place for a local house party.
**GRILL**
Currently there is a gas grill at the property. I do not provide any supplies including gas. Frequently previous guests leave plenty for the next set to you and there is a gas refill station less than five minutes away. Local grocery store is less than two minutes away.
**WILDLIFE**
You will encounter wildlife while staying at the property. Here is what you can expect most commonly:
Spiders and ants are common in Chicago. They get as high as 95th floor of John Hancock building. While we do our best to combat them, it is nearly impossible during high season.
Bees, wasps, yellow jackets are abundant throughout the city. While we take care of any nests on the property, I cannot control them in the air and beyond my boundaries.
**BREAKDOWNS**
I will use my best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the house is in good working order, although I cannot guarantee that any equipment will not break down during your stay, and therefore such a breakdown does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments made for any such mechanical failure. In the event of a breakdown, I will use my best efforts to remedy the situation as soon as possible after notification of the breakdown. There will be no refunds or rebates given for inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, interruption of utilities, or minor maintenance problems. No rebates will be given for malfunctions of cable equipment or reception that affect the TV or Internet access. Please remember that I cannot fix a problem if I do not know about it so please communicate any issues promptly.
