Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful, very quick check in process. The room is spacious and has nice touches like a bathroom night light. Hampton Inns are the best hotels in their class, my first choice on business or personal travel and this hotel certainly matches the mark.

HAMPTON INN CHICAGO-O'HARE IS EXCELLENT!!

Check in was handled professionally yet friendly and was fast and easy. The Airport Shuttle was on time and very expedient to O'Hare Airport which was the primarily reason I booked Hampton Inn as we needed to accompany our granddaughter to O'Hare and we did not want to drive and need short term parking so this Airport Suttle service is invaluable. We tipped both drivers going and bringing us back to the hotel. The ample hot breakfast was delicious, served hot, and plentiful with several choices. I rate this hotel EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful hotel, and I would recommend it

I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff was super friendly, the room was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfy. The shuttle to and from the airport was right on point.I would say the only negative I have is that the toilet is too close to the ground. It is not a regular toilet, but they said they are fixing that slowly but surely. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
