I had trouble getting a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from the street and nearby airport. Even sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms were quite disruptive. Unfortunately, the room lacked proper soundproofing, which really affected the overall experience.

My group had such a positive experience at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was cleaned nicely, parking was free and plenty of spots to park in, great selection for breakfast and easy to navigate location. 10/10 would choose to stay here again!

Check in was fine. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side. Looked like bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing, no bathroom vent so all your belongings had moisture on them after 4 people showered, elevator smelled of weed, our neighbors tried to open the adjoining door after midnight, were loud, walls are thin, doors were slamming, neighbors talking all night. We had to turn on our cell phone music to block their noise, you can hear neighbors flushing their toilet, people walking above, room was not black out curtains as street light came through. Hot tub was really hot to the point where you can sit in it very long. Pool bathrooms are outside of pool area where front desk and breakfast are. When checking out front desk asked how stay was. I told her about the neighbors being loud. She asked if I called down to front desk. I said no because they were in there room what could you have done. She said she could have knocked and told them to keep it down. I personally don’t think it would have mattered given you can hear everything. She offered a small refund and said it will take 7-10 days to get due to third party booking. I appreciate that but I got barely any sleep.
