Incredibly friendly staff the entire time. Fantastic location and super safe and walkable area. Room was nice and big with quiet AC. Would go back 10/10 but main thing to note was amazing front desk staff. Zero complaints.

Hotel has great location near Art Institute, Millenium Park and Chicago River. Breakfast variety could be better. Value could be better as rate is not as competitive as other options.

The only hump of this trip was the valet. We were told to call down when we wanted our vehicle so there was time to retreive it but when we did we were told to just come down and tell them and it was very iffy that someone was at their post. So waiting around was a must. Other than that the hotel was great, easy access to surroundings and great continental breakfast.

This hotel was a great find. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The only drawback is the fact that the lobby area is small and can’t accommodate the number if guests for the free breakfast. This also applies to the elevators. During busy times you may have to wait a bit for an elevator that is not completely full. So, allow for extra time. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

Valet was extremely convenient and very helpful. Front deck personnel very pleasant and helpful aswell. The free breakfast was delicious, hot, and had a wide variety of items. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
