We checked in on Friday and had two reservations as we decided to stay two nights instead of one. Front desk was accommodating and we did not have to leave our room at checkout just had to some paperwork. We did however notice when we checked in that we did not have lightbulbs in our lights. We asked the front desk 4 different times and we were told someone would replace them. Never replaced. Went to use the pool and it was ice cold, even another lady ad her child said how cold it was and unswimable.

They advertised that they had microwaves in every room, but our room was missing one. Also, the pool was very cold, didn’t seem that it was heated. Other than those discrepancies the hotel was very good!

The hotel is next to all the shopping and dining around the Woodfield Mall. You still have to drive as it’s not easy or safe to walk to the mall with the 12ft retaining wall you’d need to scale and the busy 4 lane road.
