Our room refrigerator did not work. The woman at the front desk responded right away. However, it was not fixed until the next day. Our rooms heat had a constant whistle also. The parking lot was not plowed in the morning. Very inconvenient when we were trying to get to a competition. For reference we left at 815am. It had long stopped snowing. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom could use some better lighting.

The bed had hair on the sheets and pillows. There were a pair of used ear plugs on the ground by the bed . The trash wasn’t taken out and there was hair in the shower still in the drain. Just be mindful of cleaning.
