This place is outstanding. The view in our room is perfect. The check in was unbelievable because there was 2 bus loads of college football teams arriving at the same time and I ran in thinking I would have to wait but they had it covered. They checked us in immediately and they elevators were so fast we didn't have to wait for them either. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and altho the place was packed because of the football team, they served us immediately. This has been a great experience at this hotel.

The room and facilities were very nice. Housekeeping was fair. (our linens were changed, but the room was never vacuumed in the 4 day stay). My biggest issue was the quality of the shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. The shampoo simply would NOT lather up, and the conditioner had no effect at all with smoothing or tangles. Both were either watered-down or terrible brands. We will stay again, as we loved the golf course; but next time I'll bring my own hair products!

Best hotel in Chicago
Staying at this hotel every time I am in Chicago area. Absolutely perfect service and everything else. From the room’s comfort and cleanliness, the quality of soaps, shampoo and towels to pillows and bed comfort. And best kept secret is the food and view from restaurant. Great job team!! Will be back for sure.

My wife and I decided on an overnight stay for our 10th Anniversary. Although we live only a couple of miles down the road , we like the resorts ammenities. I booked a Corner King, only because of a good previous experience with that particular accommodation. Upon checking in, the 2 front desk personnel we in a tizzy over some type of situation/ security issue. Perhaps this “may” have rushed the check in person on their decision since it took a while to check us in , perhaps not. We were given room 333. We went to our room, only to find a horrible blocked panoramic view ( resort side), of nothing but the top roofs of the resort, with pipes and a/c units. My wife, (about to cry); said this would not work. I got on the phone to guest services, and very fortunately; got us a corner king on the 8th floor Rm. 813; with an excellent view of the resort. The next morning, we ordered room service breakfast; and one of our omelette’s was made totally wrong, even though my order was repeated several time by the one taking the order. All in all, the last couple of times at your is making us think we should look at other options. Although things got corrected, it would be nice to experience professionalism on the first try

Excellent stay! Staff was very polite, kind and helpful when asking for off resort recommendations. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good sized. Overall, wonderful place to stay and would come back again!
