we were in a unique situation when we booked in at the Inn as the Microsoft system that Hilton uses for check-in etc. was down for the whole of our stay. The staff were fantastic as they did manual check-ins and then, not being able to give out key cards we were escorted to our room every time and the door unlocked for us. the location was perfect for what we had planned to do in Chicago being within walking distance of The Riverwalk and the start of the Big Bus Tours which we used as our way around the city for two days. Although pricey we appreciated having valet parking.

The location is fantastic..within easy walking of most local attractions. The hotel itself is very basic. Lobby, dining, and bar area is all combined and leaves alot to be desired. The room was comfortable and quiet. Room was serviced daily. The con was that the view from our room overlooked an alley of garbage dumpsters and unsheltered persons.

The girls working nights at the property were so friendly and made the stay extra special. Housekeeping kept the room very clean. Personally found the pillows uncomfortable...but i spent a ton of time out walking around. Very close to everything with transit a block away!

It was fine. The gentleman who ran the bar/restaurant on weekends was great - friendly, kind, and attentive. Partial view was good. Fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. Pricey for what it was, but you are paying for the excellent location.

I liked that is close to the river walk, Millennium Park and many restaurants. The room that we were could update the bathroom, most of the time had to wait for the elevator. For the money it’s worth it but if you want the view then go to other hotels nearby
