Rude unprofessional staff. Cleaning service was really bad. Rooms are small and AC was making sounds. They don’t offer discount for parking. Parking was 65 a night. The hotel price is not worth what you get.

The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the staff's help made it a perfect stay. The staff recommended great restaurants during our stay which was all within walking distance of the hotel. It was very fortunate that our room also provided a great view

I normally stay at Hilton properties-I am used to an excellent experience at these properties. I am also a Hilton Honors member of many years. I was disappointed by the lack of attention for simple things like complimentary water for Hilton Honors members- comes at check In- It wasn’t offered or provided. I must say the housekeeping staff was helpful during the day but if you needed something in the evening- no one is available to assist. Overall- disappointed when compared to DoubleTree and Embassy Suites. Rating: 2/5 stats

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is immaculate. Service was excellent! Our only complaint, no fault of the hotel, is noise. We heard sirens all throughout the night. I expect sirens in a big city, but not nearly that frequency. Also, the parking is accessible behind the hotel, so just be aware that you’ll drive around the block to enter.

We’ve stayed here several times and we will go back. Great location, accommodating staff, nice on site restaurant. A few minor complaints this visit. The bed was creaky, bathroom door was squeaky, air condition blower rattled. Made it a little challenging to get a good nights rest. Never had these issues before. These issues were in room 1838. Otherwise, another very good experience at the Hilton Garden Inn on E Grand in Chicago.

The location is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fine. However, the internet was erratic (randomly dropped connection) and the television broke on the last night of my stay.
