Ideal Location
I needed to stay close to Northeastern Medical Center for treatment. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and had wonderful soap, shampoo and body wash. I received amazing service from Julio at the on site Weber Bar and Grill.

The property is close to the Riverwalk which was convenient. Starbucks and Grocery store across the street. Clean room and property. Couple of negatives - The front office staff are always rude, never answer the phone and act like you are troubling them if you ask them anything. Beds was uncomfortably hard which seem strange for a Hilton as we stay with them for their comfortable beds. Another thing is that police sirens seem to be going off all night long. We stayed here for 4 nights and seems like that is an issue all night long so if you are a light sleeper this is a bad choice for a hotel.

Disappointed
Rooms are too dark. Only 2 desk lights. Misleading on-line . When I arrived found out the Parking available “ meant only public parking. No valet. Check in took way too long. Arrived before 4 PM and there was only one person working the line of customers waiting to check in. There was a second person there who for 30 minutes was unable to help anyone but one person.
