Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location. We stayed 2 nights. Room was small and cramped for 3 adults. The view outside our window was 3 brick walls to an ac corridor and other room windows. Which was very disappointing for a first trip to Chicago and we couldn’t look out the window. Housekeeping skipped our room on day 2 so we had to get fresh towels from reception.

The hotel has a very good location, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean, but quite small and have no refrigerator or microwave.

We stayed in February during winter, and the windows let freezing air enter the room. One mattress was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise from the springs with the slightest change of position On our last day, we found a small cockroach in the bathroom.

The room was fine as far as being clean and comfortable beds. The room itself was tight for 4 people. Great breakfast and location was great!! Just a short walk to Michigan Ave.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The breakfast was good however, The bagels were stale and when trying to get the eggs and such the lids would not stay up. You should move the plant by the juices and place the plates, bowls, etc for easier access for those who are vertically challenged. Felt on the bottom of the chairs they will move more easily and quieter.

We had 3 vegans in our group. I was impressed that the hotel called to see what we needed to eat. The hotel was very accommodating. We were very impressed. The service was great. The rooms are small we made it work.
