It was worth the price and value. Heater was super loud when it would turn on, bed right next to the door when you enter. Breakfast was fast and yummy, staff was kind and helpful.

This is a great value property in downtown Chicago. It’s super close to tons of good places to eat and shop, as well as easy access to public transit. It’s an older hotel, so night quite as fancy as other properties, but the staff is super friendly and the property is clean. The elevators were quite slow and small, but that just comes with older buildings. It was a bit on the louder side, but it was also NYE in downtown Chicago, so that’s to be expected. Overall, great place to stay for the price!

I was late for the checkin so they canceled my room. I ask if I could still stay as I was charged and wanted to stay there and they said no. It was Christmas Eve and I had to scramble to find something else and had to settle for a hotel that was not kept well or clean

It was very good except for a noisy heater that kept buzzing very loudly whenever it came on, which was very often. Thus it was hard to sleep. Also, as soon as the heater turned off the room quickly got cold again, I think probably from a draft at the windows. On the other hand, The staff was very friendly and helpful when one could get them, the free breakfast was excellent, and the price was quite good for this area.
