The hotel was easy to find. Parking was good. We were satisfied with our room. Didn’t use the amenities as we only stayed one night while we were visiting family and friends.

Because of it was late checking in about 11pm, stuff didn't make smile and looks like not happy. Room is clean and enough space for fitting three people. Breakfast was good with hot meal and rice with Miso soup. Gym was not available under renovation unfortunately this time but Mitsuwa Marketplace is close from this hotel and want to come back this hotel for future chance.

Quiet and clean.
Rooms were clean and spacious. The bathtub did not drain water that well, so maybe some cleaning of pipes is needed. The location is quiet, which I like. Breakfast was very good. I like the options, and the rice with different seasonings. The service employee at the breakfast station helped my son with getting hot water and was very helpful and friendly.
