Room not serviced for 2 days.

Clean room, friendly staff for the most part, excellent location. I would have given it an excellent rating, however in our 3 night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned or towels, etc. replaced. The response I received from the lady at the desk on Sunday evening was that they were very full and they only clean every other day. There was no notice to that effect such as, “We are eco friendly; if you don’t want your towels replace, please hang them up.” This lady gave no apology or offer any concern. This may be lack of training. It appears the hotel is transitioning from a boutique hotel with great service to an economy hotel, meaning the upgrades to carpets, and room decor won’t be happening.
