This happened to be a prime location for us visiting family for the holiday. The outdoor space was not as useful as I had anticipated as the backyard is full of raised beds and furniture. The renovated bathroom did not have a bathtub or counter space but was useful and enough for me, my husband, and our three youngest children. The bathroom closet and under sink shelf provided plenty of storage. There were ample towels and washcloths provided as well. The bedrooms had wonderful black out window shades, night stands, and dressers or desks to place our luggage on. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was appropriate for Chicago late fall. There were closets with laundry baskets and clothes hanging space. We used the washer and dryer and appreciated the provided laundry detergent when we noticed we forgot to pack any. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils. There was not much space to pack away our food into cabinets or a pantry but it worked out just fine. The TV was simple to use and log into the streaming services we wanted. The living room gave us plenty of space to relax on comfy furniture as well as spread out puzzles and toys on the floor. The neighborhood does not have sidewalks but is very walkable. The neighbors are friendly and the houses are well-maintained.
