A little more luxurious than expected. Breakfast bar was much more varied and elegant than the usual. I appreciated all the signage and information in the room and elsewhere. Just overall felt a cut above the average for this type of hotel. My only complaint is that the WiFi was intermittent—I often had trouble accessing it. And as others have said, parking is a hassle. I ended up parking in a public valet garage about a block away.

My fiancé and I loved this hotel. The breakfast was great with lots of choice, the staff was well organized. We wanted to come back in like year or so just to see if they kept this top notch service the same way.

Very sterile and low budget-feeling. It doesn’t have the comfort of American hotel chains. They don’t have room service or provide extra water. They also asked me to pay 50 dollars to check in before 12 (it was 11:30). Many things cost extra

Okay not great, not worth the price. Tv was out for two hours, but moved to a bigger room. Checking in kept laying my things on the counter, instead of handing to me, as I did her ( front desk agent. ). I would recommend other hotels in the area, that are a little better.

Restaurant feels like a high school cafeteria lobby bar staff unfriendly and more interested in going home then servicing customers even a 1/2 before close. Food service close early cause heys needed to clean up .. while they are still open. I won’t be back
