The facilities areexcellent and has a front reception desk constantly manned fir security. The personnek were very polite, efficient, and attentive. Very professional and enhanced the sense of security and service. Emails detailing check in and check out were excellent. The embedded photos in those emails also were very helpful and made everything so very easy! Will be using Kasa again in future visits!

Nice area and easily accessed. Good communication/check in and check out with Kasa. Some minor cleaning issues when we arrived but nothing terrible. There is a fob system and code entry that was convenient for re-entry. We only had one fob when we arrived and unfortunately when we left stated one was lost- still figuring this out. Otherwise would recommend!

Location was great. Unit didn't seem very thoroughly cleaned. Tv was broken but I found a way to eventually reset it and fix it. Furniture was dirty and the sofa looked disgusting with stains all over it. Decor is very dated.

Bathroom needs a new shower head: one that adjusts the water pressure as it was too hard and fast. Wifi is a joke. I kept getting dropped every couple of minutes. IT was easier to use a personal hotspot as it was way more reliable. Otherwise the place was clean and worked out great for my needs. Communication was all email/ texts but that worked out well too.

Great property. Good size condo. Dining all around to go to. Target right around the corner. Not many places to "shop", but a short ride. Only issue I had was my condo had a strange smell. They told me they would be addressing it though.

Kasa South Loop takes some pride in its stafflesbs service. I did not care for it. I don't want to text to get questions answered or be told to go around the building because I did not have a key fob, the use of which was never well detailed for me. This is a service industry, staff to offer service.
