Beautifully decorated, modern hotel with a friendly staff! Room was spacious, clean, and the window nook with a view of the river was a cozy extra touch! Loved the bath shower products as well! Would definitely stay there again!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I absolutely love it! This time, I brought the two exchange students I’m hosting from Europe, and we booked a suite. My plan was for them to use the sofa bed, but it was surprisingly small and quite uncomfortable — we could feel the springs, which made it impossible to use. Instead, we improvised with extra blankets and pillows, and they ended up sleeping on the window seats, which are memory foam and wide enough to be comfortable. They were thrilled with the setup! That said, I think the hotel could easily improve the sofa bed by investing in a better mattress — it is a suite, after all, and that would meet guests’ expectations. Apart from that, everything else was perfect! The staff is professional and incredibly kind. As always, Antonio at the door went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. I’m already looking forward to returning this summer with my parents. Can’t wait!

Nice luxuries such as filtered water right from tap, popcorn hour, excellent coffee machine for tons of various coffee drinks , all free. Also robes, socks, spa face masks, and air purifier in room. Loved how you could completely control air/heat without restrictions.

Liked the property itself and the bedroom but for a decently new hotel, the kettle and floor lamp were already broken. Greatly appreciated the free coffee system in the lobby and the staff were very helpful. Since it was so close to the L, it does get noisy whenever the train passes by.
