Newly rebranded hotel, nice room design, comfort, no host beverage and treat (popcorn) station just off lobby is a nice touch. Friendly, efficient staff. Bathroom newly renovated with nice shower head. Overall a great property within walking distance of attractions and good restaurants.

The good stuff - excellent location, near the riverwalk. Corner suites/rooms are amazing. Not sure if all rooms have window nooks but they were one of our favorite things. The “bad” - service was hit or miss (as it is these days). Bartender decided he should try to chat with the two men at the bar for a while instead of making a women’s drink in a timely manner. Some front desk staff were more invested than others. Didn’t see any evidence of snacks as promoted on the website but might not have checked at the right times. Pullout sofa bed wasn’t made up so had to grab sheets (which were available in a closet in the hall so yea!) Overall - nice property. Worth the reasonable cost for a nice stay.

We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was a nice size and clean. The front desk was very helpful and resourceful with all the questions I had regarding things to do and places to eat. Ebony was very helpful, she checked us in and was friendly, and hospitable. Our room was cleaned every day and room was ready soon as we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!
