The staff were very friendly and professional. The room could be brighter. Breakfast service was good, but the food quality was so-so. It could be better. Location was great. Major sites and visits were within walking distance. Will stay again in the future but with an extra lamp.

This was our second time staying at the LondonHouse and once again it exceeded all expectations. We stayed this past Christmas through New Year’s and the experience was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spotless. The staff is consistently friendly, professional and incredibly helpful which truly makes a difference. A special shoutout to Edward who went above and beyond by surprising us with a delicious chocolate cake and the sweetest note waiting in our room for my friend’s birthday. That thoughtful gesture made our trip even more special. The restaurants are excellent. We highly recommend Ocean Prime—our dinner was magnificent. The food and drinks were outstanding and the staff there were just as wonderful. The rooftop is another highlight with breathtaking city views, amazing drinks and great food. We can’t wait to visit again. I 100% recommend the LondonHouse—it’s truly an exceptional hotel experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El hotel es hermoso la habitación muy cómoda lo único que no encontré razonable es que te cobren 100 dólares por noche durante tu estancia por ejemplo me que de 7 días me cobraron 700 dolores que al final de la estancia serán reembolsables pero encontré que es muy exagerado en mi opinión.

The room and property were great - very clean and modern, even with it being a busy time, there was not a long wait for elevators. I will say I was a bit disappointed and underwhelmed with the service. The staff we interacted with did not have a welcoming attitude. Ordered room service once in our stay and it took over an hour to arrive.
