I wanted to rate this hotel 1 star because of that idiot worker on the front desk, forgot his name but I can tell you how he look like he’s a white person with beard once we arrived me and my wife he was kind of rude and unprofessional idiot person I will not come again to that hotel

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip in Chicago, central to everything (dining, tourist attractions, shopping). We loved everything about our stay at the London House hotel.

LondonHouse is a great property, in a great location. Everything was nearby and very walkable from the hotel. The staff was very nice. They ensure that your stay is comfortable and what you expect. The rooms were nice and kept well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location again. My only small recommendation is hopefully there will be some changes to the carpet which can get musty and dirty very quickly.

Great location near the Riverfront, Millennium Park, Miracle Mile shopping, and Navy Pier—all within walking distance. The hotel is definitely deserving of four stars. However, I had upgraded to a riverfront view, but the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and there were issues with the AC. Fortunately, our concierge, Neil, was very helpful in addressing these concerns. Which made our stay very pleasant!

We couldn't have picked a better hotel for our five night stay in Chicago. It was our first visit there and we weren't sure what to expect, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful inside and out. The room was lovely and with its floor to ceiling windows on the 15th floor, we had a wonderful view of the river and the many other high rises. It was in a perfect location for walking to almost everything we wanted to do, shopping, dining, tours, etc. and close to the train station for our trip to Wrigley Field for a concert. Mary, the concierge was extremely helpful with suggestions, directions and reservations. We felt like we connected with her right away and her suggestions were spot on! George, the bellman, went above and beyond to make sure we got were we needed to be safely and on time. In fact, all staff (don't remember all their names) were professional, kind and friendly all while doing an outstanding job. I would recommend The London House again in a heart beat. We loved every minute of our stay there.

We loved the ambience of the lobby and the room. Our views were spectacular from both places. The Roof Top bar and dining was truly unique. Really cool views, really cool experience. Ocean Prime bar was totally top quality. This is a great place to stay when planning things to do in Chicago. A great location.
