Hotel and room were great. Amazing river view from our 19th floor room. I would recommend to anyone. My only complaint would be the rain head shower. That trickle does not get the soap out of thick hair. A separate hand held would be better.

It was an amazing experience for our family even for only few days. The location was so convenient with everything and the view of our hotel was mesmerizing. Will definitely come back and will book this hotel again. Staff are also friendly and the whole ordeal with check in and check out was easy.

Bed linens and towels were wonderful. Bed was a bit hard. Pillows not very good and they forgot to put me in a hypoallergenic room. Bath amenities not refilled during stay. The location was amazing!! And the gym was very good. Bottled water available in room at a $3 charge if you are not a top tier visitor.
