Very dirty property. Many of the amenities of the room did not function. Clientele and area around the property felt dangerous. Couldn't wait to leave.

Average Red Roof Inn quality. Nothing excellent and nothing terrible. Needs better electric outlets/plugins and the internet crashed once in the evening.

Hotel is older with ouside access to rooms, the staff was professional and rooms were clean and spacious. It was prefect for my late arrival and early departure

No TV service; curtains would not close completely, so vehicles parked a few feet away in the paking lot had had a view in; brown stain on "clean" bedsheet; no room service over my 3-day stay.

It was the worst Redruth experience I've ever had rooms. Horrible TVs don't work no maid service. No towels. Rooms are in horrible condition. Everything is slanted holes in walls. Just a bad place.

Overall the facilities were very poor, there was no elevator and we arrived with luggage. The bathroom in the room was potentially dangerous, the bathtub was lower than the floor in the bathroom, and the shower had very low water pressure and did not get hot no matter how long it ran for. The towels on the room had large stains. The surrounding area did not make us feel comfortable and the blinds in the room did not close all the way. We also could not see through the peep hole making us feel uncomfortable. The staff were generally helpful but seemed confused by some of our questions.

Sad to say, room air muggy, shower tub slippery, during my 5 days I received 1 time room service. Even though I requested some service. I had to go to the reception several times just so I could get shampoo and soap bars and fresh towels. The bed covering had stains and cigarette holes. I feel sorry for those people who will stay here, because I had lukewarm water, there is no hot water. And when I addressed the issue to the workers at front desk, they were thinking it’s funny. I will never stay here again, and don’t recommend this place to no one. The owners should be ashamed the way they are running this business. They were so adamant collecting payment. But not providing quality service.

When I got to the hotel the main lobby smelled terrible . Upon getting into my room it was dirty, stained towels, splatters up the walls you can tell it’s just unkept. When I got to the airport I realized the receptionist didn’t give me back my ID so I had to go back and get it and then did not make it in time to board my flight on top of paying for another Uber to get back to the airport. So then I had to get a flight for the following day and find another hotel to stay at for a second night. I would not have stayed here if all the other hotels weren’t completely booked due to the tornado. Knowing that red roof hotels are not the best, but I didn’t have another option at the time.
