This hotel was fabulous!!!! I can't say enough about it. I have stayed in Chicago many times and this was by far the best hotel yet. I will deinitely return! The room was spotless, quite spacious for the city. Huge bathroom, double vanity, large shower. Loved having a big fridge, freezer, stove & microwave. The location can't be beat, we walked everywhere from The Bean in Mellenial park to the Hancock tower, even to the beach! ALL of the staff was superb in every way. Breakfast was very very good, pancakes, waffles, eggs, quiche, bacon tofu, steamed veggies, cereal, breads, bagels fruits coffee tea and juices! I can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed for five nights at this property. We liked that our room had a kitchen. It was clean when we arrived. We had chosen this hotel because it had a fitness room but when we arrived we were told it was closed. We were highly disappointed. We liked that the staff who greeted us on the first floor were friendly and helpful. We did not like that the last two days our room was not cleaned. We had to call twice for service which we think should be unnecessary. The last day we never got our room clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel - the location was terrific and everyone was super nice and helpful. The room itself was wonderful - very clean, comfortable and spacious. The only minor bummer was the fitness room being closed for the month and not finding that out until we arrived, but overall had a really, really great stay and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the same class as a Renaissance or Courtyard but with the amenities of a Residence Inn. It is truly amazing hotel and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding. The only drawback was at the Rooftop bar where the waiter burnt the pita that came with the hummus and didn't give us new pita but scraped off most of the burnt areas but it still tasted burnt.

Nice location. Asked. For a room with a view and got a very small room with a lousy view. Givennsize of the room, I thought it was expensive.
