Love that the hotel was close to the Bean and all of the museums. Check in was super fast and easy. The room was very big and perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommend!

The property was nice enough however I wouldn’t stay again. There were a decent amount of younger people on our floor and at one point there was shouting in our hallway at 10pm that lasted 5-10 min. There were were people passing in the hall or elevator that wreaked of marijuana. The biggest complaint is that the room door going to the hall had literally a 1” gap at the bottom that let all that noise in. We tried to block it up with towels but didn’t work that well. It was really bizarre and had not seen anything like it compared to hundreds of other hotels I’ve stayed.

Amazing view and the apartment space was perfect. There was some cabinets that were banged up pretty good and the garbage disposal/dishwasher were not working but it was such a beautiful place that it didn't even matter. The valet was super helpful as you have to walk around the block and with alot of luggage it wasn't easy.

We loved our stay at Sentral. The apartment was spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for nearby parks, museums, and soldier field (important since we were there for a game at soldier). A lot of the rest of the city is walkable also and they're access to wonderful food within walking distance.

The apartment was very clean, love the room had losts of windows giod view of the willis tower. There was confusion with the reservations. Most of the staff was nice. There was an or rudeness with one staff member. I figured it was because of the holiday that most of the amenities were closed.

The only issue I have is that Expedia showed this hotel with free parking, when in fact there is no free parking. The only parking available is Public Parking about half a block away or Valet parking, which apparently also serves the Hotel Hilton next to door. In essence, the apartments are well maintained and beautiful. I do totally recommend this place, especially if you can visit in the summer to enjoy the parks nearby. Heynard

New Go-to in Chicago
Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was very cool. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. The rooms were good quality, with some minor wear. I informed staff who thanked me for letting them know so they could put in a request to fix what I noticed was bad (pooling water in an area in the shower.) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
