This is our second stay here. We do love this property. We had a few glitches this time. ID reader wouldn’t work so we had to bother the front desk people, but they were very helpful. There were 2 cans of sparkling water on the counter but no indicator of whether they were complimentary or not so we didn’t touch them but it would have been nice to know. Also our remote didn’t work so no TV and wasn’t really sure who one asks for batteries. None of this would change our feelings about the property, but a little more basic info would really be nice.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now and every time has been amazing. They have become the only place I will stay at in the city. The location is great with a parking garage around the corner at is very cheap. You get so many more amenities than a hotel and is an overall great experience. I highly recommend.

We stayed at the Sentral with friends to take in the holiday sights around Chicago. The room was spacious and clean, though a little worn in areas. Having a kitchen, plus a washer & dryer was great. And the city views were incredible. The amenities (pool, gym, game room) on the 7th floor were phenomenal! We found cheaper parking in a nearby garage, but the valet option is nice. And having restaurants and a grocery nearby was super convenient.

Very nice studio with stunning views the staff was very helpful and nice to my husband and me. Very clean and it was a nice little store nearby and plenty of food options.

Was a very nice hotel! And room staff just need to do a better job of cleaning! Trash and clothes left under the couch by previous guest. Walls had dirt spots all over the it. Water in bathroom had a hard time draining. Other than that it was an ok stay!

Great view and location. Spacious and clean. We loved the pool, roof top hot tub with city and lake views, game room and attached restaurant. Auto-Check in was smooth and easy. Don’t pay the exorbitant valet parking. Use a parking app like spot hero or ParkWhiz. The garage by the 7-11 (1E 8th st) is a bargain or the surface lot at 835 S Wabash Ave. Unless there’s a bears game, the rates are pretty good.

A great hotel to stay in Chicago! Not like most hotels where you just get a room or suite, these are actual fully stocked apartments, with great amenities. Just bring your own food to cook.

This is an apartment unit for rent. It had a full kitchen and nice bathroom. The room was clean and the bed was soft. It has directv and the staff was nice. Parking was good but you have to walk around the corner to come inside and it was more inconvenient than just walking in after parking.

The staff is amazing! Joy was so sweet and helpful with the moment we arrived. Her and Sandra were very professional. The room was amazing and everything we needed during our stay. I look forward to staying again and having those individuals made it that much better.
