This property was clean and comfortable with exceptional seating in the lobby and bar. Breakfast was expensive but very good with a very helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the lack of self serve water and coffee and the ridiculously expensive parking.

When we checked in that was fine but once we went to our room the key didn't work we were on the 11th floor I had to wait to long to get some help I had to call twice. We had to walk what felt like a mile to a parking structure across the street because the parking garage at the hotel was full. I have arthritis in my knees and the bell man didn't care at all Unacceptable They gave me no accommodations at all.

Hotel is in a nice location. We arrived early and we were able to check in before the check in time, what a plus! Hotel had music in lobby for New Years, very nice (not my kind of music). The room had a great view! My husband and I sat by tables outside the bar and decided to walk to bar and order, the waiter was not happy we did that and told us we needed to sit by the bar then. If he approached me one more time, I would've gone to management since we did get a room at hotel. He was not nice!

Despite my initial enthusiasm for my stay at The Sheraton, I was unfortunately disappointed by the property’s condition. While the beds were comfortable, the room was not adequately cleaned. The refrigerator was filled with expired food and past guest items, creating an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the hotel was out of comforters. The heater emitted a loud noise whenever it was activated, disrupting our sleep. Furthermore, the toilet had a poor flushing mechanism, and the shower had excellent water pressure. However, the bathroom door locked externally, which was an unusual occurrence. Despite these issues, the view from the room was breathtaking.
