Room was a nice size and comfortable. The only issue is there was a humming noise I assuming from the vent which was annoying. Other than that I would stay here again.

Overall great hotel, but the elevator took us 20 minutes to get down on Saturday around 5:30 when we were leaving for reservations. The stairs are only for fires and do NOT lead to the lobby. Parking is $70 a day.

Well located for our plans in Chicago, this hotel was basic but comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen in the room. No bar or restaurant on sight but there are dining options in the area.

This is a nicely updated hotel with amazing staff. Everything you can think of is within walking distance only negative is the cost of valet parking of which there are alternative options close by. So it’s still a win win

Had a great time. Only issue was the light switch in the bedroom turned the TV off if you flipped the lights off. You had to manual turn each light on via the switch on it to avoid that.

The hotel was very modern. Our room was clean and comfortable and generously spacious. The front desk staff was very pleasant and assisted us with holding our bags prior to check in. They were very friendly and courteous.

La ubicación es excelente, y la cama muy cómoda. Lo único negativo es que cobran un deposito muy alto para dejarte ingresar a la habitación asi ya tengas tu estancia pagada. Yo había pagado el hotel dos semanas antes pero cuando llegue me pidieron un pago de 400 dolares como deposito. Entiendo las políticas de dar un deposito, simplemente me parece que es demasiado alto. Aparte de todo tenían un problema con el sistema para pagar con tarjeta y querian los 400 $ en efectivo

So close to Magnificent mile and also the Michigan lake just couple minutes walk any way and you are there. Lots of restaurants near by. I stayed in 2 bedrooms it was so specious for the price we payed. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and I will definitely be back !
