The staff was very friendly and pleasant, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The shower was quite dirty, the sheets on the beds had spots and small stains throughout, and the pool area wasn't well maintained (dead bugs, various things floating in the pool, etc.) and was very cold.

The property was fairly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of food options and shopping in the area.The pool could use some updating. the AC in the room was EXTREMELY LOUD. It would have been nice to have a meat/protein option at breakfast.

Great stay. Staff was awesome. I love the fact that it was kid friendly. My girls had a ball. Pool was big and more then half the time we had it to ourselves. Room very big and spacious with a kitchenette which definitely was helpful. The only thing was my little one did not like the pullout bed said it was old and you guys need to replace it but we will definitely be back

I would rate this hotel a 3 star. The continental breakfast was great! Very nice variety. However, unfortunately the cleanliness is f our room was not too great. The bathtub was dirty, we had multiple long black bugs , my pillowcase was really dirty. The staff at check in was very pleasant.
