Lovely well appointed apartment with impeccably maintained gardens just a short walk from the beach
The property had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The bedrooms both had built in closets and single beds. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Barrosa beach and beach park with its restaurant and cafes. Natalia from CostaSur was very helpful with any enquiries we had for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again !

pleasant resort, beautiful sandy beaches
The flat was good; a restful lounge, adequate bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and a pleasant balcony. The nearby Barroso beach is just 10 minutes walk away. We found the beach to be surprisingly quiet and very relaxing. Unfortunately in late September some of the restaurants on the front were closed. But our biggest disappointment was to find the apartments' shared swimming pool closed off and unavailable. The pool was advertised as still being open in late September. We were annoyed by this.

Location of the apartment was good. The beach and restaurants were easy to reach. The entire facility was well maintained. Seals in the bathroom were broken, so that a yellowish liquid constantly covered the floor.

Apartamento localizado cerca de la Barrosa y fácil aparcamiento. Al ser octubre, la piscina estaba cerrada. El apartamento tiene de todo, es funcional, pero necesita mantenimiento: mosqueteras rotas, sofá muy desgastado, bañera con desgaste y cortinas de plástico… Estuvimos 8 días y no hacen cambio de sábanas ni toallas, si lo quieres se paga a parte. Es cierto que hay lavadora, pero creo que es un servicio mínimo para estancias tan largas. Las paredes, de papel, se escucha todo

Apartamento justo en mantenimiento pero muy bien situado y con una gran piscina.
A falta de algo de mantenimiento. En la nevera bastante antigua faltaban cajones y una balda. El extractor también muy antiguo, hacía demasiado ruido. Menaje de la cocina completo y nuevo. Lavadora también nueva. Con hervidor de agua, cafetera eléctrica e italiana y tostador de pan. Todo muy completo. El baño justo. 1 rollo de papel higiénico empezado para una estancia de 7 noches resultó insuficiente. Un surtidor de jabón en la parte del lavabo. Las habitaciones bien, con amplios armarios, aunque el ventilador de una habitación no funcionaba. En general las paredes algo sucias del uso y el mobiliario del salón muy trotado. La sombrilla de la terraza algo pequeña, y la mesa un poco arqueada. La puerta de acceso a la terraza muy trotada. La gran piscina lo mejor del apartamento. El agua cristalina y todo muy limpio. Eso sí, faltaba algún que otro baldosín. Bastante cerca de la playa, andando era un paseo de 7 minutos.

plus tôt correct dans l'ensemble
manque cruellement d'ustensiles pour faire un minimum de cuisine (pas de casseroles très peut de couverts ,verres......) .les ouvertures (portes fenêtres avec un vide a la fermeture poigné de chambre défectueuse et dommage que personne ne soit venue faire l'état des lieux pour lui faire part de certaines choses en plus de celles cités

El apartamento genial
La verdad es que era lo que me esperaba. Quizás está un poco alejado del centro pero eso lo teníamos en cuanto. Una pena que la piscina de la urbanización ya no estuviera operativa pero en cambio tienes la playa al lado y puedes disfrutar de bonitos atardeceres. El sitio muy tranquilo y con facilidad para aparcar. El apartamento fresco y muy correcto. Lo recomiendo.

Agradable con peros
La casa está bien de espacios y la urbanización es muy agradable. A la casa le falta una puesta a punto, una actualización. El baño no funciona correctamente, no le llega bien el agua y la cisterna dio muchos problemas. El calentador se apagaba cada dos por tres. Los colchones eran más grandes que los canapés y daba un poco sensación de inseguridad, además de hacer muchísimo ruido cada vez que te movías. Cosas menores: Las cortinas necesitaban un buen lavado. Los espejos estaban a tal altura que no se podía uno mirar. Las llaves estaban todas oxidadas y solo nos dieron una copia.
