My night at the Hampton
The accommodations were very nice. It was an accessible room. I know it's a challenge to make one room fit all disabilities, but this was one of the better ones. Bed at a good height for wheelchair transfer. The bed was not on a box, good for sliding a lift under the bed. No pillowtop, this is good, they are difficult for a person with mobility issues to navigate. The seat for the tub was appreciated but the adjustment screws did not secure the seat. A wheelchair user could get under sink, Thumbs up. I don't think anyone, able bodied or not would like the faucet that barely got over the edge of the sink. All in all, very nice and usable. Hope these tips helps you improve.

Have you ever left something behind in a room? The staff actually called me to tell me what I left behind and had it at the front desk when I went in to get it. I've never received a call from other establishments. They usually just keep what was left. I commend the cleaning staff and front desk for their honesty.

Perfect for visiting our Chico State student
Loved the cleanliness of our room & bathroom/shower. The breakfast offered in the mornings was fine for something quick, hot items were nice instead of only pasteries. The coffee was good also.

When we asked to have our room serviced 1 day, they assured us it would be. It wasn’t. So after a 2nd very long dirty work day on a farm, we had to go down to get clean towels. They offered to have it cleaned at 7:30 pm but we had to get ready for a family dinner. Other than that, would stay again.
