Staff was amazing. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very spacious. They didn't have any feminine hygiene products even though they had a sign that said they did. Also, the mattress was extremely firm which made it difficult to sleep.

Upon arriving at check in the lady working the front desk was across the room in the employee area. She made eye contact, but didn't say anything to me like "be right with you" or anything. After finishing up doing whatever it was she was doing she then came over with no urgency and was on her personal phone watching a video . She was very unfriendly and had poor customer service skills.

Great hotel
Check-in was a breeze, very friendly staff and the entire facility was clean and updated. Only stayed for one night, but I would’ve had no concerns staying longer. This is my second time staying at this hotel and definitely won’t be my last. Always my go-to place in Chico.

I never stayed at the property. I booked the room, then was forced to cancel due to a family emergency which required me to travel out of state. The property remained rigid in their cancellation policy and refused to refund my stay or switch it to later in December.

The hotel is in prime location. There is a mall in walking distance. The room was clean. The shower was very nice. The bath wash and lotion smelled wonderful. I appreciate the breakfast with strawberry waffles. For me one of a few downsides were that the Concierge seemed busy every time I walked up. I was unsure whether the refrigerator was working. When I let the text message concierge know. No one attended to that message. The biggest factor on whether or not I wanted to come come back, was that only Hilton Rewards members get WiFi. I like being able to check my email without using my service provider
