As a guest here you'll have private access to your studio apartment. You will share the parking areas and backyard with other guests, and you'll be given a key code for easy and contactless entry into your space. This modern private suite is just minutes from Downtown Chico and all of its great restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. It's all so close to local colleges, hospitals, and the vibrant downtown district. The suite is located at the back of the property behind the main house.

Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you require a pack-and-play crib so that we can ensure it is in place for you.
