Arrived at 4am and property was locked. Tried ringing a bell at night but no answer. Was left outside the property for 15 minutes. Had to wake up one of my family members to go and look for the concierge to open the door for me. Inconvenient way of getting access into the property.

They did not respect my reservation, I booked and paid 3 rooms on Expedia and they did not honored. They sent me to another hotel known as Sky & Palms Hotel which I had to paid cash additionally. I was so disappointed and upset.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Bien pero es difícil de ubicar, de llegar, yo sugiero un gran letrero que diga Finca de los Ángeles, en la avenida , porque la calle es pequeña y si no sabes, no logras verla de entrada.

Regresamos de una boda a descansar y nadie nos abría en la madrugada, estuvimos casi 1 hora esperando en la calle y tuvimos que llamar a la administradora, que tardó 30min en decidir venir desde su casa a abrirnos. La regadera es horrible… un chorrito de agua que casi no salía, no ponen jabón de baño y la temperatura del agua no se podía regular. El restaurante del hotel se encuentra fuera de servicio y para comer fuera solo hay puestos en la calle. Muy mala experiencia… no volvería jamás y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Todo bien. Solo la encargada de recepción muy pesada, cero atenta, no ofreció ayuda con nuestro equipaje , ni wifi, ni toallas de alberca. Deja muy muy mal al dueño … No sabe en lo mas mínimo atender al público. Las otras dos personas que trabajan ahí muy atentos.
