Me cobraron 2 veces
El servicio no fue malo, lo que hace la experiencia terrible es que usaron los datos de mi tarjeta bancaria y realizaron el cargo 2 veces por una sola noche. Me comuniqué con la administración del Hotel y no aceptan el reclamo aunque les muestro las notificaciones bancarias del cargo doble.

El establecimiento era muy limpio, el personal fue muy servicial, servicio de desayuno tipo americano muy rico y limpio, hotel tipo cabaña, tiene planta baja, primer piso y el segundo piso la señal en ocasiones no era muy buena, pero general todo excelente. Regresaría.

El personal que nos recibió excelente atención. No estaba la persona que gestiona las reservaciones de expedia pero no nos negaron la atención y servicios. Las habitaciones son cómodas, sin embargo predomina el olor a humedad en toda la propiedad, inclusive la ropa se impregna de ese aroma. Son pet friendly 🐾
