tru brand has not maintained standards
i understand that helene caused much disruption but advance notice that the property was under a boil water advisory would have been appreciated additionally, the front desk staff did not have clear information on what was available for dining considering the water issue. the shower stall in the room was had orange soap scum / mildew and the hand soap diaper set was empty. there was also some banging noise throughout the night. it was not up to expectations.

Great stay
It was just what we needed as a stop when it was raining terribly as we were traveling home. This hotel was cozy and comfortable it had many options to choose from for snacks and drinks as well as a poll table in the lobby.

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic! Glass shower with a door, plenty of space in the bathroom. Lots of outlets and places for phone charging. Big TV. Full length mirror. Breakfast was extensive, not the typical Continental breakfast. Anything you could imagine, and then some! So nice!

We stayed here for three nights. Not once was our room made up. At the end of the second day, I went to the front desk to request clean towels. They apologized and put a note to have our room attended the next day, but it was the same thing. I again had to go to the front desk for clean towels. The foyer and breakfast area was so cold you could sit there.
