Beautiful little hotel
Absolutely beautiful building. Great attentive staff. Very comfortable pillows and mattress. Rooms were clean on arrival but had to pay for further room service and I was there three nights. I've dropped a star because I think the room was a little over priced, esp combined with the fact you have to pay for your room to be cleaned. WiFi was brilliant though, well when there was no blackout (which cannot be helped by anyone), no disconnecting like a lot of places I've stayed and didn't block me from doing every day admin. Front door was kept locked, so great for security.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff and the attention was excellent. The only area that needs improvement is the quality of the restaurant’s food and the prices which are extremely high in comparison with the food’s current prices in other restaurants that provide excellent quality around the area.

The room (e.g. the bathroom) was really clean, but the entire hostal is over 100 years old. It is true that it was kept in a good condition (the furniture were super old school), however sleeping in a 100 year old bed and room wasn't the coolest feeling in our trip. The room had a smell of old stuff which made us feel suffocating after a couple of minutes of staying inside. I was happy not to sleep more than one night in that room... the breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful though. The location to reach the city was also perfect!

Hotel Baron is worth it if you want to experience staying at a beautiful colonial building. The service is good and people are helpful, although breakfast was a bit disappointing. The price is comparatively high, given that you don’t me never get a better experience than in many casas particulares, but worth a night stay if you value the aesthetics of the building.

Precioso Palacio, mejor acogida y servicio.
Precioso palacete de altos techos y cuidados detalles, perfectamente cuidado, muy limpio, silencioso. Alejandro y su equipo nos dio una acogida increíble, un 10. Fueron atentos como pocos y muy cercanos en todo momento. Absolutamente recomendable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce beau palais très spacieux, très proche de la place centrale et de ses centres d'intérêt. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et très précieux pour découvrir Cienfuegos. Les repas et les petits déjeuners sont de grande qualité.
