Waited 20 minutes in lobby for someone at desk to check-in. 8:00pm should be a reasonable time to check in. While attendent was away from desk reportedly helping another guest, there was no sign, no alert, and no response to a phone call. Should not have to wait 20 minutes to even see a front desk attendent.

Very loud all night with foot traffic stomping in room above ours. Front desk transferred us to new room. All night noise stopped, but stomping and creaking above were very loud early in the morning. Toilet handle missing parts/broken. Surprising and disappointing outcome as we have stayed here multiple times in the past

Please be careful when you stay in this hotel. The staff who are in charge in the front desk do not know how to operate the billing system in their computer and you might get charge triple for a room and you might also find out other extras charges to your room. The staff are incapable of taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Please check your bank account statements if you decide to stay in this hotel.

I plan to stay at this hotel again and have stayed there before. It is convenient to my aunt’s assisted living facility and super convenient to many restaurants and other stores as well as an easy hop and jump to the freeway. I just wish that there are towel bars … which is minor.
