Hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The parking lot filled up quickly, but the staff told me to park anywhere as long as I wasn’t blocking another car in.

When you go out side doors the upper hallway air conditioners drip on you and make sidewalk wet. This is a very easy fix.

We got a room with a walk in shower as we are senior citizens with arthritic knees. The shower floor was extremely slippery and our friend who had a tub in his room fell in the tub and hit his head due to the slippery tub floor. Also, the toilet was the lowest we’ve seen and with bad knees, we literally had to grab the door handle and the wall to get up. Also, the sofa was so low to the floor we couldn’t use it. The room and overall hotel was nice, but these features ruined the trip for us.

Honest review for August 2024.
I looked at it least 20 other hotels before choosing this one. I chose this hotel for their breakfast and the appearance of the hotel. I was not very satisfied with the breakfast as it was not very flavorful. It tasted like it was frozen and just heated up, the eggs had a weird flavor, and the pancakes were hard. We got there with two hours left in breakfast so it wasn’t like we were getting the last of it. The room was not what I thought I reserved but at that point I didn’t care, just wanted to sleep. Room was clean just outdated. Bed, sheets, showers, and sinks were all clean which was nice. The lobby seemed to not have any AC and the drinks in the drink cooler in the lobby were not cold. The owner and the desk clerk had amazing hospitality! Honestly their hospitality made up for everything we were unhappy with. 4/5 stars for poor quality breakfast and outdated rooms. Great hospitality and clean room. Bonus: showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Shower had great water pressure. Security deposit was only $15.
