Valet parking is dishonest and total ripoff ! they charge $39/day while just behind the corner on Elm St. you can park for $15/day. Of course Hyatt does not offer any other parking besides valet... I took my car from Hyatt after 2 days, but still was charged for 7 days! I usually stay at Hyatt, but this one was total disappointment besides maybe service at Cincinnati Market downstairs. The ladies there were polite and helpful

The mini fridge was off, and the sheets, pillows, and comforter were all wet. The desk staff were all new/in training and didn't know how the app key card worked, so that was useless. Understandable, but I was told three different things by three different people. The app never worked to open the door. The fridge being off was inconvenient because I showed up with food that had to be thrown out. Not sure if it was the goal of a fast room turn, but the bedding was WET! Not damp nor "turning a fan on will dry it", it was wet. Staff resolution was to turn a fan on. What fan??? The only positive experience I had was checking in with Shayne. She was very professional and accommodating. I wish she were the only one to take care of me and address my concerns during my stay. I'll be back because I have to, but do better Hyatt.

Room on 17th floor and could still hear a lot of street noises. Sounded like our toilet was filling every time someone in other rooms flushed. Room was very humid. Set thermostat low before leaving for 4 hours and it had not cooled the room down by the time we returned, comforter felt like it was plasticky so it did not breath at all. All led to a horrible nights sleep.

We have stayed at this property for years and love just about everything at the hotel. We love staying here in the summer months especially because of the sun deck. Unfortunately this should NOT be a smoking location. The cigarette butts left in the flowers and plants is disgusting, as well as the butts on the ground. There was also a used vape cartridge left on the cement. My husband and myself, as well as another nice couple we met up there, were trying to enjoy the afternoon but people continued to come out there to smoke the entire two hours we were there and just dropped their butts into the flowers with the other 1,000 butts that were in there. There has got to be a different designated smoking are other than the sundeck.
