We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is always clean. There are nearby restaurants. The bed is relatively comfortable. It’s close to stores & the convention center. The only downfall was that we couldn’t get our Firestick to connect to the internet, so we were stuck with cable and Netflix. Not a huge issue, but it was odd that we couldn’t connect.

Nice place to stay, but facility must have had problems in the past. Needed parking permit so car would not be towed from suburban hotel lot. Warning sign in elevator against "jumping" was a bit disconcerting. Decent breakfast, nice patio out back, and local activities board by elevator were nice touches as was the hydration/ice station.

To start off on a positive note the hotel was very clean. The reason I gave checkin a a 3 star rating was that the staff member was on the phone and still on the phone when my husband went to grab a cup of coffee but there were no cups. The room was too small for two folks to maneuver around the furniture.
