Good stay
Great hotel and friendly staff. The mattress of the beds are OK. Communication could be better. We had a little problem to communicate when arriving to get the codes and instructions but the host quickly fixed it when we called him. It could be a good idea to send it a fews days before arriving because not all north american travellers have access to phone calls and most do not use WhatsApp. Except of that everything was great. The lady who made the breakfast was really kind and breakfast was good. Air conditionning was working great. The room was renovated and they kept a bit of history (mosaic on the floor and on a wall) wich is great. Thank you.

Wonderful staff great check in. Lovely lady who looked after us for breakfast when we had an early tour booked. Not only did she look after the breakfast she also cleaned the rooms. Very friendly with a beautiful smile. We stayed in the corner room very spacious great bathroom. But unfortunately it was noisy till about 2am. Even with double glazing on the windows and wearing ear plugs it was loud. I’m sure there are quiet rooms available so ask in advance.

Easy for early flights
Adorable little neighborhood that’s a quick, easy drive to the airport. Definitely a bare bones, pre flight stay. There is no one on property at this hotel. There is a phone number on the door to call on arrival and the host arrived in 7 minutes. It would have been nice to receive arrival instructions regarding this beforehand.

This property is great for 4 people and I would probably go again if we are 4 people booking but we were 5 and booked for 5 Adults. We were disappointed because it only had four places to sleep. Let us say a few of us had a very bad sleep. They should not have allowed us to book. Free parking is parking on the streets. It also advertises a pool. Only if you get the room with the pool. We felt catch-fished. Clearly they wanted all rooms booked and they did not care about the number of individuals in the room. They did not accommodate for the extra person.

A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight.

Unique place to stay
1800’s building in tiny town conveniently near Palermo airport. Easy check in, even late night. Brand new furnishings and wonderful snacks and amenities. The balcony with private pool is spectacular!!! Great price for a unique place to stay. Owner very pleasant and the free breakfast beat most I have had.

Overall the hotel met the need of what we needed. It was. More like a hostel though. It was on a residential street which felt safe and there were only a few rooms. The rooms were clean and the memory foam beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night since we had to leave at 4am for our flight in the morning. But to have a place to get some sleep right before going on a flight was awesome. The pool didn’t exist unless you booked the room that had it. There is no elevator so unless you are in the bottom floor don’t bring heavy items The balcony overlook the street was cool, it had a table and seats to sit on. The one downside of the hostel was that I was afraid to take a shower there since the shower walls are clear glass and right in the front of the room with so working shades on the windows (they were broken when we arrived) so we decided not to use the showers. They need to frost the shower walls so people cannot see in them this hostel is great for singles who need sleep before getting on a flight. 25$ shuttle taxi to the airport

We stayed in an apartment with a cosy rooftop terrace a small swimming pool. The two bedroom apartment was convenient and practical. Just to note that there were two flights of stairs to access the apartment. Overall, a good b&b option. The host was also very accommodating.

I felt that the pictures misrepresented this establishment. We may have misinterpreted the check in process, but after flying in, picking up our car, and driving in the dark, we found this place very difficult to find. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood with a small door and was dark when we arrived. We called the number on the door to be let in (this was between 8:30 and 9 p.m.). Essentially, this is an unstaffed hotel, which would have been fine if we had known that in advance. It felt a bit more like an Airbnb and that we were on our own. Our room had a particular odor (a little like sewer gas) and I don't know if that was in the other rooms as well, but since no one was there, and we had paid for 3 nights in advance, we just toughed it out. I will say that someone stopped by once who either owned or worked for the hotel and when I let them know our shower head wasn't working (but the shower wand was), they promptly fixed it. My sense is that this is a family business and I don't like providing a negative review, but my advice for those traveling to Sicily for the first time especially, you may be better off to stay someplace else.

The owner was extremely kind and accommodating. He provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. He also provided us with our breakfast the day we arrived since we would be leaving early the following day and missing breakfast. If we had any questions, he responded immediately. Excellent stay.

Parking was easy and right out in front of the building. Check-in needs to be orchestrated as they typically do not have staff in the building - but this was easy via email and went very smoothly. The location was perfect. We booked this room as a place to stay before an early flight out of PMO - the trip to PMO in the AM took only minutes. Cinisi is an adorable town without any hint of tourism. After two weeks in some of Sicily's most popular cities, this was an interesting change of pace and produced some memories we will never forget.

What a charming and thoughtful host. He sourced us pizza and wine late at night, we had the most delicious breakfast too. The room was so clean and comfortable with classy touches of elegant accessories. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely BnB in Cinisi
It was a lovely bnb in A lovely town 13 miles from Palermo airport. The rooms were modern and creative mixing new with old. Only complaint was bathroom walls were open to bedroom making privacy an issue. Breakfast was lovely and robust. Easy to drop off rental car before flight.

Quadruple room was very stylish, loved the roof terrace and staff were exceptional! Very close to airport and great restaurants nearby. Lori could not do enough to make us feel welcome, will almost certainly return! Only minor criticism was the pillows were rock hard & it would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.

A very nice guy who will check you in. There’s limited parking on the street in front. First, major turn off was there was no WiFi 😭. That’s a MAJOR turn off. Luckily I was able to port over data from the SIM card on my phone to laptop. The kids played football on the street below us until 1030 pm. It was incredibly distracting—bring your ear plugs. The breakfast buffet items was left out from the previous day. So you knew what to expect the next day. Most was prepared packaged items The coffee was excellent though. Check out is at 1030 am. I couldn’t wait to leave. Again, a very nice guy but I won’t be returning.
