ST1 is a stylish 2-bedroom caravan which is perfectly positioned on Mallard Lake.
Guest access directly onto the spacious outside deck, the comfortable outdoor furniture makes this an idyllic place to relax and spend time with loved ones and friends. The views are spectacular.
For anglers this is a superb fishing spot.
This lodge is suitable for all ages and sleeps 4 comfortably.
ST1 lodge has a neatly presented kitchen which is well equipped. There is a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and a wine rack.
There is a dining table, and a well organised social space, with great views over the lake.
Bumble Bee Lodge In the lounge it has a large, flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is a modern electric fireplace with flame effect, Large Corner Sofa. This caravan is stylish and elegantly furnished through-out.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV, with its own this private ensuite facilities. Stylish and in keeping with the rest of the caravan, the second bedroom is a comfortable twin room which is opposite a spacious family shower room.

• There is parking close to this caravan. It is easy to park up and unload your belongings. Parking is free.
• Access to the caravan is via key safe. Check-in instructions are sent approximately a week prior to the holiday start date with the key code.
• Check-in time is 3pm.
• Check-out is 10am. A later check-out time can be requested until 12pm at an extra charge of £35. (Subject to availability)
PASSES TO THE RESORT
Hoburne Passes are £50. They allow access to the resort and fishing lakes. Passes are required so you can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, plus a whole host of entertainment and events throughout the season.
• This is the perfect location for fishing, whether you are an experienced fisherman or a novice, this is the perfect spot for anglers of all abilities.
• We love dogs and they are very welcome to stay here, it is an additional £30 to bring them along, please do inform us when making your reservation.
• We have BBQs available for use, they are fully your responsibility, we do not provide coals. It is very important that are only used on the grassy areas beside your accommodation. Please note, for safety reasons, they not permitted on the balcony or on any decking areas.
Please take the BBQ’s as you find them, they are not always perfect, they are a token gesture. We prefer you leave them as clean as you can.
