Foresteria 3: Relax in a huge park, activities, sport, culture, and good wine

The estate extends between Umbria and Tuscany, and not far from Latium either, on a lovely mountain, in an ideal position for a lot of trips, right in the centre of Italy, only 18 km from the A1 motorway, near Chiusi at 12 Km from where you can get a train to Rome or Florence, at an altitude that goes from 450 to 650 meters above sea level, with an enviable climate, both in winter and in summer. Born as an hunting lodge, In 750 acres of amazing nature, between forest, olives plants, lakes, woods, and stunning views

Le Foresterie is the first house you meet when you arrive from Tuscany, 3 km of dirty road from the village then another 1500 mt from the entry to Foresteria from where you can reach the other entrance at 800 m m to reach the other village.
ideal for people who desire a "slow holiday", to relax and day dream in an green area and listen to the sounds of the woods and admire the stars at night.
As you can see Foresteria is a big "Casale" a lodge in a huge property. There are 3 homes I rent in 740 acres of forests, fields, olive fields.

In between Rome and Florence, Umbria and Tuscany. Foresteria 3 is a very nice apartment, in Foresteria, for 5 persons.
Le Foresterie 3:

Entry from the garden into the big sitting room/kitchen with a sofa and two armchairs, tv.sat, micro HI -FI, table for 14 people. The French - windows, with curtains, looks onto the wood. The double bedroom also has French-windows with double curtains. 3 steps from the sitting-room lead to the landing with the bathroom (shower in bricks) and the twin room (one French bed and one full size single bed) to the door of flat 4.
If you want to come with your friends or enlarged familyyou can rent both apartments.
Surrounded by a garden, Jacuzzi, Boules field, Playground.

Near Foresteria there is the heated Jacuzzi , for 6 persons, the play ground, the bocce (boules) field, the ping pong table and the soccer table.
Near Po' del Vento at 400 mt walking 600 mt by car ( in the same property of course) there is the heated swimming pool, another play ground... In between the start of the fitness trail inside the forest along one Km . Out of both the fishing ponds.

I've never seen such a view like from our property: arriving on top of Mount Pausillo you can see from Perugia to Cortona; from Assisi to Città della Pieve, From Mount Cetona and Amiata to Sibillini mountains, The lakes Chiusi, Trasimeno and Pietrafitta. Chianciano, Montepulciano and much more... You don't believe it? Come to admire it.
A garden area is furnished for your outdoor meals and equipped with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, deck chairs, hammock and barbecue. Nearby is the Jacuzzi or
sunbathe at the heated pool near the Wind Po' 400 meters from the house.
TREKKING: enjoy Miralaghi with its wonderful hiking or mountain biking-which can be rented in the village-along 20 km of scenic inland trails, close to unspoiled nature dense with forests rich in wildlife; there is a signposted mountain bike trail through breathtaking landscapes in the interior. FISHING: fish in our fishing pond (No-kill fish); there are perch, pike, carp, but eels and shrimp have also been caught. PICNIC or have a picnic in the woods near the romantic lake. FITNESS o do, like Rambo, the fitness trail in the woods (17 stages, kids really like it) or just walk it. BIRD WATCHING: go up on the two bird watchers. PLAYPARK: Let your children go to the playground. Play bocce ball in the bocce court, play ping-pong and soccer together. Tired? Relax in the sun, play chess under the oak tree, admiring the beautiful sunset and the endless view around you, eat out and try the local gastronomic specialties, not forgetting our olive oil. NATURE: There are still many species of wild animals, which I try to protect in every way: foxes, deer, hedgehogs, porcupines, wild boars, hares and squirrels: Near Villa Miralaghi and Foresteria fireflies return in late June early July. A hawk often hovers overhead. Robin, jay, hoopoe, green woodpecker are regular visitors. Pheasants and hares are often released here.
*Curtains are present in all bedrooms and nets are placed on all windows, so you can sleep with the windows open during the summer but... there are no mosquitoes
*Nights are cool, the temperature difference between day and night is about 10 degrees. Foresteria 3 has air conditioning although a constant, pleasant breeze keeps the temperature pleasant at all times.
Foresteria 3 is close to the bocce court, the playground, 400 metres to the heated communal pool, 700 metres to the fishing pond, 300 metres to the start of the fitness trail.
