This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again.

They were very helpful before our arrival. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and a driver the following day to take us to the port. The hotel is in an office building and very hard to find. Luckily a person was in the hall and we asked him where it was and he apparently was associated with the hotel. Otherwise we would not have gotten in. We arrived at 4:30 pm which apparently was after hours and we had no instructions how to get in. He let us into the front desk and gave us a key to our room. The room has no closet and is very basic. The bathroom was up to date and very nice.

Nice hotel to stay at before boarding cruise ship. Large clean rooms with a balcony with a view of the ocean. Great location for finding restaurants and shopping. They arranged transportation for us from Rome to hotel which was nice.

The location, balcony, and opportunity to meet fellow cruisers in the large open front room area and the huge balcony made this absolutely wonderful for us. This hotel definitely has the potential to be a 5 . It needs to be freshened up with paint, the kitchen has so much potential but way underused, and unfortunately as much as we love Stefano, all the guests actually helped each other including letting each other check in, showing them how to use things because Stefano wasn’t around a lot. It wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if they gave more instructions on how to do things and made it easier to get in by yourself, ie the code to the front door beforehand and a code to the entrance to the hotel on the first floor.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for cruisers. It is very close to the port and the train station, and so many dining options! There is a daily city market nearby for fresh vegetables and bread, and there is a small fridge in the room. There is also a grocery store nearby. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay before cruise
Excellent guest house. Notified 7Bell’s House in advance my arrival time via WhatsApp, used an Airalo eSIM for data since we’re from the United States. He was there and checked us in quickly. Room was clean. Stefano was friendly and professional. There’s a small elevator. Next morning we walked 10 minutes with luggage to Largo Della Pace for the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. It was much easier than I expected. We arrived a little too early at the cruise terminal, my advice is arrive at 10am, they don’t allow passengers into the building until 10am.

This property was awesome. Once we got settled in there was a patio to watch all the activity around the area. Stefano went out of his way to help us with our late arrival and also with transportation to the ship and again after our ship came back. He was so amazing.

Everything you could want or need at this property. Attentive host; spotless and spacious room with huge bathroom; comfortable bed; location convenient to cruise port and 7 min walk from train station. Nice Italian style breakfast with danish, cold cereal, fruit juice and coffee and tea. Recommend!
