Heading out on a cruise
The room was super streamlined, clean and very comfortable. The host was great, he let us in early and even gave us a call to call incase we went out and got lost. The hotel is really close to the port making it easy to walk to the cruise ship.

The hotel was clean and appeared recently renovated as well. Lots of things to walk to but we stayed here just one day prior to getting on our cruise. Super convenient to where the cruise port shuttles pick you up!

It was very nice and convenient for us because the Bus Terminal for our Cruise Ship was right around the corner. The Manager was very friendly and there was a terrific Pizza Joint right next door. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful customer service! The hotel was so helpful to schedule a taxi to pick us up at the train station and waited as we were later than originally planned. John assisted us with our bags and made sure we got settled in ok. Have stayed here before and would choose this property again . Highly recommend

Thanks for the amazing stay!! Because of our flight being cancelled and the hotel we were at was fully booked! We made a reservation last minute and they had a room ready for us right away!! So we had sone place to go!! Staff are super helpful ! Rooms and hotel overall were very clean!! If I return to Italy I would come back to this hotel!!

We selected the property for proximity to cruise terminal and area amenities. Light breakfast was available in lobby in the morning. Coffee and snacks throughout the day. Room was very clean and met our needs. Area is walkable and close to restaurants and grocery. Be prepared with check-in bar code on phone or print out.. as no one will be inside to check you in. Further, be prepared with Euro/Cash for additional city tax/fees at departure.

Close to the port
Digital check in went well. The room is small however the bathroom is quite large. The only issue I have is that the shuttle service provided is misleading as I thought it was included. The up charge to have the hotel book shuttle service is high so I booked thru Uber which was quite a bit cheaper.
