Brand new apartment redone in an old restaurant / guinguette on 13000m2 including 2000m2 of pond. Entirely surrounded by water but accessible by a bridge and by car.

Near the Romelaëre marshes labeled by UNESCO (Man and Biosphere) and near the town of ST OMER (city of history), cottage with 2 bedrooms with either double bed or 2 single beds per room + 1 extra bed . Equipped kitchen, lunch corner. Living room with TV 104 cm, wifi, Xbox. Board Games .... Barbecue...

Our friends the animals are allowed.

super séjour!!!
très bel appartement, rénové avec goût, calme dans les marais : que le bruit des oiseaux et des barques qui glissent sur l'eau au pied de la maison, je vous laisses imaginer les levers et couchers de soleil.....Le propriétaire Mr Bernard et d'une gentillesse et une disponibilité incroyable ainsi que Sophie qui nous a accueilli . Séjour trop court Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour

Le calme, la paix, les canards...
Ce gîte est incroyablement magnifique, minutieusement travaillé, on se croirait chez soi, TOUT est là, plus qu'à déposer les valises en ne prenant que le strict minimum, le design est stupéfiant et travaillé dans les moindres détails de confort optimal ! Je recommande +++ Un petit clin d'oeil au propriétaire et à son artisan pour leur convivialité et l'incroyable projet qu'ils mettent sur pieds pour de belles surprises à venir.
