This was a great spot! Clean, spacious room (we had a king suite) and almost next door to the Ajax Go station. Breakfast had lots of choices and staff was friendly.

I love staying at this hotel. It’s priced well for what you get. Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. My only disappointment during this stay was that the toilet seat looked to be previously damaged and they tried to seal it with something and paint over the seal. Looked gross. Please replace the seat. I love my coffee and this time, the coffee was very watered down. All in all, I still enjoy staying here and will be back.

The one staff member at the front desk was terrible… totally ignored that were people at the front desk waiting both at check in & check out. Waited 15 minutes to check in before someone even came! At check out the lobby was full of people waiting & no one came, threw my key on counter & left, don’t know how long other people waited! We stayed for 2 nights, room was not cleaned after 1st night. Asked for extra pillows & towels more than once. Had to go down & get our own! Don’t stay here!!!

Theres is not one thing that I would recommend from this place... room was dirty... couch was gross, room smelled moldy, morning breakfast was ok except the hard muffin I got, plus the cupboard door broke pff while all the guests were in their eating.

The place is nice. The only problem is that when I got here in the evening of Sep 21st to check-in, the receptionist with a turban hat, trying to help, took my documents bag from me without my permission to put my passport in. I said "no" multiple times, however he proceeded to grab my bag which had other important documents in it and shoved my passport in. I did not ask for his help and he proceeded to do it even after I repeatedly said no. This was highly unprofessional to say the least.

This hotel we got flooded our second night after the flood they still demanded payment after we were kept up till four in the morning. It was the most worst experience. The one of the hotel staff was even demanding that I paid back the deposit or leave they were literally harassing me and but we were kept up till four in the morning when I should’ve had a comped room.
